MEXICAN HERITAGE

NOT ALL SALT IS CREATED EQUAL.

Born in Colima. Crafted by sun, sea, and time.

A PROCESS SHAPED BY NATURE

Most salt is made in factories.

Ours begins with a unique combination of ocean water, fresh rain, and volcanic minerals beneath the salt flats of Colima, Mexico.

Then nature takes over.

STEP 1

OCEAN + RAIN + VOLCANO

Pacific Ocean water, seasonal rainfall, and minerals from the Volcano of Colima come together in a natural underground lagoon.

A combination found nowhere else.

STEP 2

NATURAL SETTLING

Mineral-rich water rests in large ponds for about a week.

Heavier particles settle naturally.

No chemicals.
No machinery.
Just gravity.

STEP 3

CRYSTAL FORMATION

As the Mexican sun evaporates the water, salt crystals begin forming naturally on the surface.

STEP 4

HAND HARVESTED

Saltmakers gently collect the crystals by hand to preserve their natural texture, shape, and crunch.

A tradition passed down through generations.

STEP 5

SUN-DRIED FOR MONTHS

The crystals dry under the Mexican sun for up to six months.

No ovens.
No industrial processing.
Only time.

NOTHING ADDED. NOTHING REMOVED.

Before packaging, the salt is lightly cleaned to remove anything carried by the wind.

No refining.
No bleaching.
No anti-caking agents.

Just pure sea salt from Colima, Mexico.
